We take pride in preparing your instrument-building tools with care. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors that may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order.

We proudly serve the global community of luthiers but are unable to ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. At checkout, you will see if we can ship to your location.

For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are not included in the product or shipping costs and are determined by your local customs authority.

4.4 Delivery Issues

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. If your package appears lost or damaged, contact us immediately.

5.1 Return Policy

We stand behind every tool, component, and supply we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Package items in original packaging with all materials

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of our products and hygiene considerations, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Opened buffing compounds and finishing materials
• Electronic components (capacitors, pickups) once removed from original packaging
• Cutting tools and blades that show signs of use
• Apparel (unless defective)
• Custom-cut or special order items
• Software or digital products once accessed or downloaded

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5.5 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We’ll cover all return shipping costs and expedite your replacement at no charge.
